At The LoudCup Company, we stand behind our gear and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your cup isn't making enough noise or meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused LoudCup in its original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
